Your day begins at 9:30am with a welcoming morning tea before we dive into the festive preparations. Together, we’ll craft a beautifully balanced holiday menu—starting with perfect apéritifs and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a decadent foie gras entrée with spiced pain d’épices and homemade Christmas chutney. You’ll pick up tips for creating a memorable French-style main course, learn the art of serving cheese and salad the French way, and finish with a show-stopping seasonal dessert. After a day of stirring, shaping, learning, and laughter, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our festive labour, served with drinks selected to complement the meal. Along the way, we’ll explore the stories and traditions behind French Christmas fare, with a special focus on cheese and seasonal pairings. We wrap up around 4:30pm, leaving you full of holiday cheer, French culinary know-how, and the delicious inspiration to make this Noël your most memorable yet.
