Spend a delicious day immersed in the flavours of French summer with our full-day cooking class hosted in my home kitchen in the heart of Vienne. Designed for locals and visitors in the area looking for a relaxed, hands-on experience, A Taste of Vienne – Summer Lunch Class celebrates seasonal ingredients, time-honoured techniques, and the joy of French dining. Your day begins at 9:30am with a welcoming morning tea before we roll up our sleeves and get cooking. Together, we’ll prepare a four-course regional French lunch using fresh, local produce, all while learning classic methods and culinary tips you can take home with you. After a morning of chopping, stirring, sizzling and laughing, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy the fruits of our labour—served with carefully selected drinks to match. Alongside the meal, you’ll take part in a mini French cheese education session, where we’ll explore the stories and flavours behind some of France’s most iconic cheeses. We wrap up around 4:30pm, leaving you full of inspiration (and cheese!), with new skills, local connections, and perhaps a few crumbs on your shirt.
